As a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I help companies support their employees through realistic, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle guidance that fits into real life and busy working schedules.
My approach is warm, practical, and non-restrictive. I focus on helping people feel better, think more clearly, improve energy levels, support digestion, reduce stress-related symptoms, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing — both inside and outside the workplace.

I offer engaging talks, workplace wellbeing workshops, and webinars focused on nutrition, health, and overall wellbeing, additionally work 1:1.

Sessions can be tailored for corporate teams, wellness events, or private groups, helping people build healthier habits, improve energy levels, support resilience to stress, and feel better both at work and in everyday life.
