About Liza
Welcome to my website! My name is Liza (pronounced Leeza) Byrne. Originally from Estonia, I now live in Ireland.

I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and a Functional Medicine practitioner, passionate about supporting your journey to better health. I am also a certified Health Coach and Menopause Coach.

Since childhood, I believe fate has been guiding me toward the path of nutrition and natural healing. Growing up, my parents used natural remedies to help with health issues, which fostered in me a deep appreciation for holistic ways of caring for myself and others.

As I got older, my curiosity grew around how food can either nourish or hinder our well-being. This curiosity led me to pursue a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts our overall health.
A few years after moving to Ireland, I felt a strong desire to learn more and expand my skills. This inspired me to study at the Institute of Health Sciences, where I qualified as a Health Coach. Wanting to deepen my expertise even further, I then dedicated three years to studying nutritional therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Today, I work holistically with anyone who wants to optimize their well-being or address specific health concerns. My mission is to support you through education and empowerment, offering practical, science-based, and functional guidance tailored to your unique needs.
